David Alberto Pinto Arzón, better known as Pinto “Picasso” was born in Fajardo, Puerto Rico on September 16. In his career as a composer, producer, vocal coach, and artist of Pop-Urban-Latin music, he has had the indisputable support of the greatest in the urban class, making important collaborations with artists such as Plan B, Tito “El Bambino”, Ñengo Flow, J Alvarez, Tempo, Franco El Gorila, Trebol Clan and Daddy Yankee among others.
In the Anglo-Saxon world, he sang alongside music icons such as Smokey Robinson, Boyz II Men, Nicole Scherzinger, and Bobby McFerrin, representing his island of Puerto Rico in the prestigious a cappella music competition “The Sing-Off” broadcasted by the national network NBC.
He had the honor of being the “Opening Act” for the European route of Daddy Yankee’s world tour in 2015, performing in front of more than 200,000 people, including a performance in Israel as the first 4th generation artist from Puerto Rico to achieve it.
At present, Pinto Picasso has managed to do 4 tours as a main artist in Europe and two in Latin America, appearing at important events, such as the ALL MUSIC FEST Latin festival and sharing the stage with stars such as Tego Calderón, J Balvin, Ñejo and Nicky Jam, on the beaches of Lima, Peru in front of 45,000 people.
With his new production, he now focuses on the tropical genre of Bachata, including influences such as R&B and popular urban rhythms.
